Unfortunately, no. For hygiene, safety, and resale reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been installed, assembled, or modified in any way. Only unopened and unused items in their original condition are eligible for a full refund.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (which typically takes 3–5 business days), we’ll process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method and may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

We’re sorry for the mix-up! If you received an incorrect product, please contact us at support@Blue Ember.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item you received. We’ll arrange a free return and ship the correct item to you right away—at no extra cost.

Yes. To be eligible for a full refund, your product must be returned in its original box with all packaging materials, including manuals, accessories, power cords, and tags. Returns missing original packaging may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

Yes! If you’d like to exchange your item for a different color or model:
  • We’ll first process your return and issue a refund (once the original item is received and inspected).
  • You can then place a new order for your preferred product. If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.

In most cases, no restocking fee applies for eligible returns within 30 days with original packaging and unused condition. However, if an item is returned in unsuitable condition (e.g., missing parts, signs of use, or incomplete packaging), we may apply a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price—or refuse the return altogether.
